Our Directors are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping Team Leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.
A Director's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing Team Leaders.
Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Responsibilities:
Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team Be a friendly, encouraging team player Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Day In The Life/Schedule Monday- Saturday availability 40-50 hours/week Sunday and one additional day off each week.
Time Expectations:
During the initial phase (4-6 weeks), the new team member will learn every position in the restaurant and work alongside team members.
This individual will spend approximately 32-35 hours/week on shift and 3-6 hours/week off shift to focus on leadership level responsibilities--developing Team Members, planning strategy, attending leadership meetings, etc.

You will wear multiple hats and have your hand in Innovation & Strategy, Vision, Accountability, Goal Setting, Employee Training & Development, Reviews, Scheduling, Ordering, Inventory, and Budgeting.
