Job Overview Our Epic Customer Expansion Team is looking for an Epic Professional Billing Analyst to help support the facility growth and expansion of Deaconess Health System and our Epic CareConnect customers.
With the every-changing landscape of healthcare today, we are looking for knowledgeable resources capable of working in a fast-paced environment to assist our IT department in completing the tasks listed below:
Complete Epic configuration needs for new facility structure build For new department requests, have the ability to work through all phases of the project including:
discovery, build, testing and support Provide recommendations to customers for outpatient revenue cycle options Able to troubleshoot, problem solve and assist with issue resolution Must be able to successfully communicate and collaborate with our customers throughout the entire life cycle of the project This position will assist in driving increased efficiencies, adapt to future work models while enhancing end user and patient experience.
This position will deal with designing, developing, and testing from the start of the project life cycle through the end.
A qualified candidate should have an eye for solving complex problems and attention to detail What You Will Need Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Education Preferred 3
years of relevant application knowledge and support experience Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel and Power Point Knowledge of Professional Billing Revenue Cycle workflows Location:

Full Time - 80, Day.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
