Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the organization and the issuance of all company related keys, as well as, updating the key disposal log, key issuance logs and the sensitive key inventory ledger.
Responsible for providing service maintenance and the training of security personnel on the hotel keyless doorway SAFLOK system, including lock interrogations and mainframe computer set-ups and functions.
Responsible for fulfilling all locksmith requests.

Essential Job Functions:
oResponsible for updating all additions and / or changes in all key related logs.
oResponsible for providing service maintenance to the hotel Saflok keyless doorway entry system.
oResponsible for training security personnel on the set-ups and functions of the Saflok mainframe computer.
oSafeguard company assets, including Team Members and guests.
oMaintain public relations and speak effectively before groups of guests and/or team members of the organizationoEnforce Tropicana Evansville policies and procedures, including rules that apply to the Internal Controls and Indiana Gaming Commission rules and regulations.
oResponsible for fulfilling all locksmith requests.
oAbility to write routine reports and correspondence.
oAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
oWill perform other duties as needed and / or directed.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Will act as a relief Security Shift Manager and coordinate special events as needed.
Education:
Bachelors Degree; and/or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCertifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Must be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming Commission License.
