We offer substance abuse and mental health services to individuals struggling in the community.
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, amongst other administrative tasks.
The ideal applicant will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay rate starts at $14/hour with the ability to receive pay increases after undergoing performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Provide information about the agency's services.
Handle client check-ins.
Process payments for services rendered.
Initiate phone calls to insurance companies to inquire about benefits for clients.
Collect drug screen samples and run drug screen tests.
