Quality care is provided through a team of registered nurses, companions, aides and physical and occupational therapists.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate person to join our team as our Clinical Scheduler.
Job is Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Job Duties:
Creates and Maintains staff schedules in EMR system Creates and Maintains clients' schedules according to their allowed hours Contacts caregivers and clients daily regarding day-to-day changes in schedules Review past and present schedules for completion and accuracy Answer phones and transfer to proper staff or take detailed messages Learn process of tracking and dropping authorizations into EMR system Create patient and employee schedules monthly Distribute calendars to patients and staff by mail or email Call staff on late and missing paperwork Call hospitals and get updates on clients that are inpatient Train new employees on using EMR app to complete visits Participates in office on-call rotation Any other duties assigned by RN Team Lead or DON Job Requirements:
1 year experience preferred in scheduling Strong computer skills with a focus in EMR Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be able to pay attention to detail Resume must be attached.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
