AgRevolution is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Evansville, Indiana location with possible opportunity to work remotelyThis position will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the corporate marketing plans at a, operational, and tactical levelThe primary function is project management, working with internal teams and advertising agency partners to execute marketing communications.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Oversee the development of campaign and product driven content for the entire communications programThis will include sales support materials (brochures, product videos, literature), advertising materials (both above-the-line and direct communications), and digital assets (websites, social media, nurture streams).

Partner with product marketing teams to develop in-depth working knowledge of products for complete understanding of consumer focused features and benefits.

Lead creative teams (internal and agency partners) in development of engaging consumer content based on these relevant product attributes.

Responsible for regular communications to our department managers and sales teams and dealer network on communications plans and materials availability.

Partner with internal and/or external resources (agencies, copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, printers & service bureaus) to execute marketing materials called for in brand and product marketing planse.

, New product introductions, product and brand campaigns, brand research, dealer communication including dealer direct mail, co-op media plans, online/social strategy including e-marketing, product literature, and direct marketing programs.

Working knowledge of multiple marketing communication tactics to develop detailed work plans and timing expectations.

Execute work plans through collaboration with internal groups and outside agency partnersManage multiple projects at one time.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

years relevant marketing experience.

years of agriculture experience.

Experience developing and implementing fully-integrated communications programs
Experience managing creative teams and external vendors.

Ability to matrix manage many, diverse, complex projects and tasks simultaneously.

Ability to manage multiple, complex deadlines for multiple projects and tasks.

Computer literacy (e.
g.
, good working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Finance skills to manage project funds and expenses and to negotiate with vendors.
