Responsibilities:
Deliver on advanced sketching and visual communication skills in a most highly efficient manner.Develop and lead internal & external brainstorming sprints for any project while balancing strong opinions with multiple personality types.Advanced use of SolidWorks for 3D modeling and rendering of highly complex part geometriesProvide training to other designers.Expert level knowledge and use of KeyShot rendering.Work directly and independently with high profile/tier one clients at all phases of a project.Understanding of how to interpret qual& quantresearch results and apply it to an iterative stage of concept development.Effective project management of complex projects.Incorporate advanced knowledge of good design for manufacturing principles into packaging concepts.Professionally communicate, present and sell your ideas internally and externally at a very high energetic and story-telling level.Train and develop other designers core skill-sets.Act as an ambassador to effectively communicate the Blue Clover brand and power of design to both internal and external cross functional organizations.
Qualifications:
BS/BFA Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent product design experience.4-7 years of Industrial Design experience.Strong team player with an exceptional positive attitude that sets an example for other team members.Possess a strong aesthetic sense with the ability to bring meaningful form to concepts.Strong skills in advanced design competencies:
design research, sketching, concept ideation, concept development, problem-solving, and presenting.Create documentation necessary to convey design solutions as well as good communication skills.Advanced experience with SolidWorks 3D computer modeling and KeyShot rendering at all phases of a project.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize conflicting deadlines.Advanced knowledge and application of good design for manufacturing principles.
