We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team to lead the Corporate Marketing/Communcations team! The Director, Corporate Marketing/Communications leads the marketing/communications staff.
The incumbent is accountable for all facets of communications, encompassing exhibition program management, brand oversight, communications strategy, collateral development, and shaping the overall image of Atlas Van Lines and associated headquartered subsidiaries.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead development of communications in collaboration with corporate and consumer product managers, executive and senior leaders, indirect stakeholders, and Board of Directors.
Set objectives, strategies, tactics, and targets for all elements of the marketing mix.
Responsible for developing plans and executing projects that support the broader marketing strategy.
Guide brand management and develop and lead annual brand strategy campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
Manage public relations supply chain and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to ensure positive coverage and brand representation.
Drive internal communication strategies to ensure alignment of messaging and corporate culture across all levels of the organization.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic communication planning and messaging.
Optimize marketing channels including social media platforms, website content, and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, utilizing metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters, offering insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team, fostering professional development and collaboration to drive results.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all communication materials and activities.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
Master's degree is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
