Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Evansville, IN.
The ideal resource for this role will have effective communication skills.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform desktop OS image (Windows 11) deployment using LANDesk Ivanti tool on around 400 laptopsPerform testing and troubleshooting if there are any issuesPerform application / software installation on all 400 imaged laptops using Ivanti as per the user departmentsPerform testing and troubleshooting if there are any issuesDeploy all the latest patches / security updates and scan with security teamInstall and configure Printer driversAssist with user profile creation on completed laptops and perform testingInstall VPN connectivity software and perform testingKeep track of all the assets and make sure to document everything about inventory, shipping, and other details Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
