Corporate role responsible for coaching and mentoring the management team of multiple sites in the implementation of continuous improvement production systems;
Providing hands-on support and training during implementation;
Ensuring the adherence to the principles of lean manufacturing;
Assisting teams with planning and facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities;
Following up with site operations after successful implementation is complete.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or similar disciplines preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of experience in various manufacturing and operations roles;
5
years of successful experience with Lean Manufacturing;
Experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage change process;
Knowledgeable in diverse manufacturing processes;
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and project management skills;
Negotiation and sales skills to support change management;
Willing and able to travel up to 50%.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
