Summary:
Berry Global is recruiting an Intellectual Property Attorney with extraordinary abilities to collaborate with our technical and business teams throughout the world. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years' experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think through technical and business challenges to protect intellectual property assets to provide value to Berry. A deep understanding of why and how Berry should protect aspects of its intellectual property is necessary. Responsibilities As an IP Attorney the focus will be; Patents Trade secrets Trademarks All aspects of IP freedom to practice Developing business-centric IP strategies And other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum qualifications Registration before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Licensed to practice law in at least one state Minimum four years' experience Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, plastics engineering, or equivalent Experience in plastics, nonwoven, and film technologies Experience drafting and prosecuting patents Experience protecting trade secrets Experience protecting trademarks
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
